Weird! This was an art installation I saw in Culver City, California a couple of years ago. It was at a gallery next door to Blum and Poe. EVERYTHING was covered in blood as if a massacre had occurred. I believe there was an empty space on the floor where blood had not splattered in the shape of an axe. To the right, in the corner, was a television playing videos of hardcore gay porn.

In amateur radio (aka ham radio), this is what’s known as a QSL card.
Basically, if you make a contact with someone on an amateur radio frequency, you can send them a card with your call sign (a unique identifier that you receive when you become a licensed radio operator that is associated with your name and address) on it and information about when you made contact with them. The person you send your card to may send you a card back. Many people would (and still do) collect QSL cards from far away places.
This is one of the coolest QSL cards I’ve ever seen.
